生物样品前处理技术与产品的开发

课题组在复杂基质生物样品前处理研究方面处于世界领先地位,其开发的中空纤维离心超滤技术(HFCF-UF)具有独立的自主知识产权,HFCF-UF在中药分析、食品检验、临床检验、药物及其制剂分析及生物样品分析等方面有着广泛应用,特别是在游离药物浓度分析方面处于世界领先地位。HFCF-UF不仅可以用于游离药物浓度分析,在临床检验生物安全主动防护方面上具有较好的应用前景。课题组在其它新型样品前处理技术的研究方面如液液微萃取、顶空分析技术、离子液体样品前处理等方面的研究在国内、国际均处于领先的地位。近3年来以通讯作者发表SCI论文多篇:
